Agent Tiers

Sub-Agent 100 Shares Immediate Entry-level – Nominates general workforce.
Core Agent 1,000 Shares 12 Months Nominates diverse categories of personnel.
Principal Agent 10,000 Shares 3 Years Nominates engineers & specialists; manages other agents.
Regional Agent 20,000 Shares 5 Years Board member eligibility – Nominates across all sectors.

Progression & Promotion Criteria

  • Minimum tenure of 9 months in each tier.
  • Possession of the required shares for the respective tier prior to application for promotion.
  • Performance Evaluation:
    • Efficiency: ≥ 75%
    • Error Rate: ≤ 10%
    • Cancellation Rate: ≤ 10%

New Agent Nomination Process

New agents can be nominated through one of the following pathways:

  • Nomination by 4 Sub-Agents
  • Nomination by 3 Core Agents
  • Nomination by 2 Principal Agents
  • Nomination by 1 Regional Agent

Prerequisites for Nominees:

  • A clean criminal record (Certificate of Good Conduct or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable good standing within the community and proven financial solvency.
  • Initial possession of 100 frozen shares upon approval.

Earnings & Rewards System

  • Profits are distributed to agents every 45 days.
  • Earnings are disbursed as unfrozen shares, credited to the agent's account, and are freely transferable or manageable by the agent.
  • Agents also receive priority consideration for collaboration opportunities and regional representation roles.

Key Agent Responsibilities

  • Proactively sourcing, thoroughly vetting, and efficiently nominating skilled personnel for diverse roles.
  • Systematically categorising applicants based on specific project requirements and client needs.
  • Managing all necessary documentation, coordinating interview schedules, and overseeing pre-employment screening processes (e.g., medical checks, certifications).
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact and support for nominated candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
